Dr. Max's is a physician formulated body-care product line with an emphasis on baby, but meant for the whole family. Dr. Max began creating products for his patients in 2015, starting with beeswax from his bees and medicinal herbs from his garden. Initially, he formulated an anti-inflammatory salve for an older patient with osteoarthritis and a diaper paste for a newborn with a severe rash. With a dedicated team, he began expanding the operation from his small farm in Mendocino, eventually partnering with a local manufacturer in Los Angeles to produce these products on a larger scale.
