Rifle Paper Co - Powder Blue Land of Sweets Cotton Headband

These floral headbands are made with Rifle Paper Company's cotton fabrics from their Christmas Holiday Collection. They are adorned with a removable bow on the top for an added cute touch. Band has a 5" elastic casing on the bottom to stretch to various head sizes and shapes and help it from slipping off.

Headbands un-stretched are approximately 22" long and made for an adult or large child size head.
Top Bow is approximately 5" wide and can be removed!
