Shipping & Returns

Gus & Ruby Letterpress will ship all orders within 4-5 business days of receipt of an order assuming all items are in stock NOT including time in transit. On rare occasions, items may be oversold or backordered. We will contact you if any of your items are unable to ship for any reason or in the event changes are needed to proceed with the order.

Gus & Ruby Letterpress ships all orders via USPS Monday through Friday. Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout. Gus & Ruby cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit/shipping (barring any error to the shipping address entered on the part of Gus & Ruby).

All orders are eligible for free USPS shipping. Free shipping does not apply to custom orders or in-store purchases. Multiple discount codes cannot be applied.

A confirmation email will be sent with the details of the order and tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP
If you selected in store pick up, you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for curbside pickup. After we’ve emailed you, you can come pick up your order at our Portsmouth store located at 29 Congress Street, Portsmouth, NH on the days and times listed below.

Monday - Saturday: 10am - 3pm
Sunday: no curbside pickup

CURBSIDE PICK UP HOW TO:
When you arrive please park in front of the store at call us at (603) 319-1717 ext 1004.
Tell us your name, order number, and what kind of vehicle you drive.
Open your trunk, then get back in your vehicle.
Once you are back in your vehicle we will put your order in your trunk. After we have left your vehicle, you'll shut your own trunk.

International Shipping

Currently, Gus & Ruby Letterpress only ships orders within the United States. If you are interested in international shipments please contact us at (603) 319-1717.

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased on GusandRuby.com are eligible for return or exchange as long as the customer contacts Gus & Ruby Letterpress within 10 days of purchase and provided they are returned unused and in original condition and packaging. A full refund will be given for items returned within 14 days of purchase (including shipping time) via the original form of payment. Store credit will be issued for items returned between 8 and 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and Gus & Ruby Letterpress does not accept responsibility for any return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Gus & Ruby Letterpress.
